Sustainable Apparel Coalition (SAC)
SAC is a coalition of fashion manufacturers, brands, retailers, academics and NGOS that has as its goal the creation of a socially and environmentally harmless fashion industry. https://apparelcoalition.org/
Textile Exchange
This is a global non-profit organization that drives industry transformation in textiles manufacturing and processing as well as end-of-life disposal. https://textileexchange.org/
Sustainable Cotton Project
This group works with US growers to reduce the use of pesticides and herbicides, and with consumers to create a more sustainable cotton apparel supply chain. https://www.sustainablecotton.org/
Make Fashion Circular
The Ellen MacArthur Foundation aims to ensure clothes are made from safe and renewable materials, new business models increase their use, and old clothes are turned into new. https://www.ellenmacarthurfoundation.org

12:00 PM –1:00 PM Brown Bag Lunch, Silent Auction, view Tote Bags
1:00 PM – 1:30 PM Clean Up
This is a BYOC (bring your own coffee) event, and we will end with a brown bag lunch for any that wish to stay.
Please bring your Tote Bags from the Tote Bag challenge to display at the meeting. There’s still time to make some. Contact Margaret Rehnstrom or Joanne Fall with questions.
Masks are required.
You may contact Suzanne Tilley or Jennie Turner if you have a unique silent auction item.
We need at least 12 people to attend to have a voting meeting so please make plans to attend. See you there!
