Ever since clothing was invented, mankind has worked tirelessly to achieve patterned cloth. One of the more intriguing of these efforts is the resist-knotting done in India. In this class we will touch and admire several professional examples of Bandhani, then learn the technique on that most scrumptious of cloths – silk (11” x 60” scarf). We will be dyeing in this class, so dress appropriately.
Kit fee: $15.00 to be paid to Marilyn during the class
